The base of the cushion is made from cotton velvet and the serpent design of cream and gold has been embossed onto the velvet in a smooth, shiny polyester that contrasts amazingly with the cotton velvet and adds a lustrous sheen. The Amaru black serpent fringed cushion has black cotton fringing round the edge, and a plain black reverse with a side zip and includes a polyester inner pad.
